- Payments can be made in cash, card, UPI or through our online delivery partners (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy).
3. Delivery and Takeaway
- Delivery is available within specified areas and is subject to delivery charges.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to traffic, weather or unforeseen delays.
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Once an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible if preparation has started.
- Refunds will only be issued for genuine issues such as order errors, missing items or quality concerns and at the restaurant’s discretion.
5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- While we take care to prepare food safely, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering.
- Special requests will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
